 O specialitate deosebită pentru carnaval. Printre gogoşile clasice, merită să încercaţi şi varianta cu brânză, cu siguranţă o veţi îndrăgi! Trecute prin pudră de zahăr condimentat, pot fi adevărate delicatese!
Fără zahăr însă, cu gem de afine, pot fi servite şi ca garnitură pentru preparatele din vânat! |
Timp de preparare: aprox. 25 minute
Pentru câte kilograme?:
Ingrediente (pentru 0.5 kg. gogoşi)
Pentru gogoşi:
250 g brânză semi-grasă de vaci
200 g ouă întregi
90 g făină
6 g praf de copt
10 g zahăr pudră
1 g sare
Pentru servire:
Gem de caise
Zahăr pudră, sau zahăr pudră cu scorţişoară
Mod de preparare
1. Se pun într-un vas toate ingredientele necesare şi se frământă bine. Nu este problemă dacă rămân bucăţi de brânză, doar compoziţia să fie bine amestecată. Se lasă deoparte aluatul pentru 5 minute.
2. Cu ajutorul a două linguriţe udate, sau cu o lingură pentru îngheţată, se formează gogoşile, care se pun apoi la prăjit, pentru 4-5 minute, în uleiul încins la 180C.
Gogoşile se vor umfla mult, de aceea, să nu formaţi bucăţi mai mari decât permite o linguriţă!
Trebuie doar să amestecaţi din când în când gogoşile, iar ele se vor întoarce singure, dacă le-aţi „decupat” corect. Nu necesită să fie întoarse separat.
3. Gogoşelele astfel gătite pot fi servite în mai multe feluri. Le puteţi servi cu gem de fructe, presărate cu zahăr pudră. Sau, pregătiţi într-un vas, pudră de zahăr amestecată cu scorţişoară, în care puteţi trece gogoşile fierbinţi tocmai scoase din uleiul încins.
